Mo:Mos
Mo:Mo is a 14th century Newari food from Kathmandu, Nepal (city of Temple). Also recognised as Dumpling in some community. Mo:Mo’s are basically pastry wrapped around minced Veges or Meat with herbs and spices that can be cooked in various ways and named accordingly and served with special Chutney

It is believed that Biryani is a Mughal dish originated from Iran/Persia, made its way to India in 13th century and
developed wide. Biryani is an aromatic mixed rice dish infused with Indian spices, and choice of ( Veges /
Chicken / Meat ) best to served with yoghurt raita and choice of gravy.
